I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil every day.  Used to drink green tea every day but have stopped.  Should probably start again.  Drink the red wine some but probably not enough to help myself out.  Not counting hard stuff like excercise what are the best things to eat/drink to be healthy?

Should also note that when I started taking the fish oil a couple years ago it blew my mind.  It was the first thing I had taken that I could actually notice a difference.  I thought maybe it was placebo but after really thinking about it I don't think it was.  Like, I felt like I was in a better mood and stuff.  :dunno:

Yeah, I was talking about, like, a miracle extra 5 years to your life without having to eat gross stuff or really work at it.  You know?

I drink a ton of green tea.  Is there a point where you drink so much green tea that it becomes non-healthy?  Doubt it.  Also have been hearing very good things about salmon. Word is they are full of healthy stuff like antioxidants.  And as you all know I am firmly anti-oxidant.  I have no patience for oxidant, and I won't stand for it.

You know how to save money on your fish oil?  I just keep a few gold fish at home and lick them a couple of times a day.  As long as you keep them alive and in a clean environment it works the same.  I've been told that having a pet catfish is better but my aquarium is not big enough.  I wonder if different fish have better oil.

I put wheat germ in my non-fat yogart every morning.  I also grind up flax seed and will put in fruit shake or on top of salad.  Both really cheap and good for you.
Here's hoping that Clams is chillin' with someone cool up in that big EMAW in the sky. RIP Clams, RIP.

Supposedly Black tea is better for you than green tea. Green tea was the more marketed one.

Also, too much can be a bad thing. It's called kidney stones.

The science doesn't add up.  The English drink that sh1t by the gallon and they are all old and gross looking by the age of 40.  You know who lives forever?  Tibetan crazy old women that lie about their age, that's who.  Probably main-line green tea up there.

The english smoke filterless cigs like a chimney. The fact they're alive past 40 has to mean something.

None of that health food will do you any good, it's all in the genes.  Eat and drink what you want in moderation and enjoy your time on the planet. :cyclist:

Turmeric (found on the spice aisle) is the stuff that makes yellow mustard yellow.

Its becoming known as a superfood.  Cancer fighting, anti-inflammatory, soothe PMS, psoriasis, and a host of other uses.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Also freakin' delicious.  It's in almost all Indian food and is one of the reasons Indian restraunts smell like they do.   :lick:

I love raw spinach, eat it right out of the bag. I like instant breakfast too cuz it's quick and I'm never hungry when I wake up.

Beer.  Red meat, cooked medium rare.  Potatoes with salt and pepper and lots of butter, gravy if eating mashed.  Beer.  Bread and butter (to soak up all the drippings).  Veggies- Cooked if eating corn, green beans etc., raw if eating carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers etc.  Beer.   :lick:
