So, tell me, what was your starting TE arrested for? Is he the registered sex offender KSU had on scholarship or was that someone else? Seems like there was an arrest for disorderly conduct back in Sept--maybe I thinking of a Higgins player. Wait--was he the guy who almost (missed again) ran into a meter maid?

I was trying to remember if he was ever arrested. If so, please fill in the details. Seem like he did something wrong back in the fall of 2005 and sat out a few games, but don't know the details.

Drunk and stupid are a bit harsh for Clayton, your basketball team and that TE. I'm glad to be here to remind others of the problems that drunk and/or stupid can get you into--a theme that KSU players are more than willing to revisit over and over and over again.

I can't believe NU fans are talking crap on players being arrested. You guys currently have someone convicted of assault on your team (Cally gave him the scholarship after he was convicted) and one of your best players ever is going to jail for twenty years. And you have the audacity to talk this kind of smack?? Oh yeah another thing, "on behave"

This is rich. KSU is the first and only D1 school ever to over a full ride athletic scholarship to a convicted killer. They had a registered SEX offender on scholarship on their basketball for how long? They didn't revoke a rapists scholarship until he repeated the crime. They suspended a linemen who was charged and convicted on the exact same charges as LP for a single game, not 6 or 9 or however many LP missed at NU.

It's a shame that LP didn't change while he was at NU. I guess it was a mistake by NU to send him to a &@#% KANSAS CLINIC for treatment. Shall we blame NU for his recent arrest or the Menningers Clinic?

And explain exactly what that QB of yours did at a bowl game a few years back that was so terrible that you revoked his scholarship but not until he played the entire game for your team. How was his violations so bad that you pull his scholarship, but so minor that he still started and played for you?

Players can lose scholarships and still play.
