Could 2-3 years of Judge be better than 1 year of Beasley?  A resounding yes.

it's like saying xavier henry has the potential to be better than michael jordan.

beasley was an amazing talent.  I don't think i've ever seen a big guy make that many off balance, guarded jumpers that didn't even touch the rim in an entire 4 year career let alone one season.  Amazing touch and accuracy for his size.

I think Judge can be as good as/better than BGrif, but not Beas.  Beas just shoots to well.
