SLTH = Solid Long Term Hire.  Originated when the media and fans made fun of the Huggins (and later Martin) hire and said we should have made a Solid Long Term Hire.  The North SLTH's are BzDeliakzhik at CU, McNeck at ISU (because his neck is flabby and gross), Sadler at NU and Anderson at MU.
