I thought you said health food?

cottage cheese is, like, the healthiest thing in the world.  The protein to calorie ratio is off the charts. :dunno:

Dear lord, please don't let chingon destroy me with science.  :ohno:

Cottage cheese is disgusting. If you want a good protein/calorie ratio just blow a lot of guys and swallow their sperm. Or just eat lean turkey, chicken, or tuna. Whatev.

I love the smell of peat in the evening.  That smell, you know that earthy smell...  Smells like...whisky !

    I'm with Coco.
Salad.

With lots of cheese, crutons, hard boiled egg, bacon bits, ranch/ceasar dressing (Litehouse brand).

don't really know what is healthy.  some candidates that i like.

cucumber
carrots
mangos
apples
wine
pomegranates (preferably juiced)
bread
chiles
peppers that aren't called chiles for some reason
garlic
onions

add those to cheese, meat and sugar and it's pretty much all i eat.

I heard from a vet med dude that broccoli is the healthiest food in the world because it's the only natural source of Vitamin K. And oh yeah it kicks ass!

cucumber
mangos

My favorite fruits and veggies. I love some cucumber with ranch, have to have it in a salad. Not bad on a deli sandwhich.
Mangos are just delicious, though I hate that they're like 70% giant seed.

Cottage cheese is good with peaches in it.

Not sure how healthy it is, but I love celery with peanut butter and raisins. Pb isn't too good for you, but lots of protein :dunno:

Also love cottage cheese. I usually get the lowfat kind.  Sometimes I put pepper on it, or surround it with pineapple rings.

i'd say fresh jalapenos, which count as a vegetable, are a close second...then maybe green peppers, green beans.

you can add cottage cheese to pasta dishes and it adds a ton of protein. Great for runners and bikers btw. Fairly cheap too.

cottage cheese w/ fruit of choice is tough to top.  Peaches or Pineapple are favorites.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
