Photoshoppers? Help?

If I email someone a photo can they photoshop something horribly inappropriate into it as a joke on a friend?  It's probably a 5 minute job but finding a picture of a giant penis may take some time.  If anyone is willing to volunteer please let me know. PM or otherwise.
