I watched this during the press conference and was blown away. Who the hell will buy a Wii now?

Watched this during Microsofts keynote at E3. Friggin hilarious.  I love the part where the guy gets up to change the tire. LMAO.

Motion sensing is a desperate attempt at Sony and Microsoft to try to tap in to the casual gaming market. But as long as they don't make it a requirement for any game I won't care.

Hard to believe it works that well, would need to try it out first.  Would be more fun if in mortal comobat or what ever that fighting game was something really came out and hit you in the face.  Do they implant a micro chip in your brain?  :ohno: It may be a plot to take over the world.  :ohno:

Got a point, who would buy a wii at this point, everybody already has one. 50 million in sales. That would be 2x as much as Nintendos competition, which is why both MS and PS3 are now making copycat gimicy devices to appeal to the mainstream types.

MS isn't even close to a functioning product, best thing I can say about MS implimentation is that theres nothing to slip out of your hands to break your $$$ tv...unless of course you hyper-virtual scan your hoverboard.

Agreed. I do think Natal's unveiling will damper anything the other two can come up with. I mean come on. Sony has a dildo wand for motion control. :yuck:

Doubtful. It won't be near as precise as Nintendo or Sony's.  It will be useful for absolutely stupid games like seen in the trailer, but nothing else.

First off, all motion games are "absolutely stupid". Second, with said games, precision doesn't even matter. The wiimote is awful half the time anyways. I think the facial/voice recognition will be its biggest breakthrough.

In any event I doubt any of it will make a damn bit of difference to me or any other gamer out there.  Give me a controller any day rather than having to f around with that crap.
