Speaking of, has anyone ever used one of those frozen pizza turnstile rack thingys?

I think it's just an iron hung over a slow record player

used to have one, worked amazing on Jack's/tombstone pizzas.  not good for smaller ones.

That brand sits right next to the "Tombstone" brand at Walmart.  Tombstone is 100000000000 times better.

Used to be 3.50 for a pretty big pizza, now $4

I'm with you. DiGiorno has good crust and is just very tasty. Definitely my frozen pizza of choice.

When I was young my mom used to get Red Baron a lot, delicious Mexican/taco pizza.

Also, when I feel like snacking,  Totino's Pizza Rolls are fantastic. Takes like 10 minutes in the oven, throw it on a plate and munch while I'm gaming. :lick:

favorite frozen pizza memory from childhood...

it was either tonys or red baron (not sure). anyway they were one of the first frozen pizzas and their pepperonis used to curl up on the sides which would create a little reservoir in the middle for the pepperoni grease to collect. somewhere around fifteen to twenty years ago pepperoni technology improved and now the pepperonis stay flat when cooked. would pay good money for one of the old ones.

totinos is horrible. it's not even funny to mention it.

frozen pizza always burns my "upper" mouth area. (better word for that?)
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

My KSU roommate and I ate enough Tony's to mail in the UPC things for a free t-shirt each.

You must not have had the same pizza in middle school that I did, then. That crap sucked.

My high school served Papa John's a couple times a week for my freshman and sophomore year. Not frozen, but it was pretty elite. They still had the crap pizza on occasion as well.

These used to come in 2 packs for like a $1 or something.  Anyone remember these?  Anyway they were perfect during the summers when you were a kid and you had to make lunch for yourself.  Way better than when mom bought those garbage hot pockets.

hard palate

also, remember when those red baron pepperonis from fifteen years ago would accidently get cooked upside down and then they wouldn't curl up and get all crispy and you'd be left w/ a slightly undercooked/downward curling pepperoni. man that was terrible when that would happen.  :frown:

Have you guys tried MamaMia Pizzas? They come in packs of 4 mini pizzas. Sometimes I found them near frozen meats instead of pizza. They're phenomenal.

eating now- halfway done with first pizza.  they taste as good as I remembered.  think I might fire up another one.  supreme is hardcore elite.  onion, peppers, pepperoni, and sausage.  took a long time to cook.
