    The very best.

"I would hope we have 13-5," he said, referring to the arena's capacity of 13,500. "I'm like Oral Roberts. I don't like to work to empty seats. It would be great to have the place filled. I think that would give our guys a shot in the arm."
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I don't see 13-5, we only got 1-5 for the scrimmages :frown: people would just rather party.

for not widely announced scrimmages that last 20 minutes and are hours before gametime with no free parking available with 2/3 the arena closed off and only one entrance from the outside, 1500 is not bad.

i dont either, anything over 10k would be good.  not sure how many people really know about this, esp. since our fans aren't used to it.  its late too, probably not many families show up.

ESPN will have a camera crew as well.

They've been running radio adds on WHB 810 this week.

K-State fans need to make a statement.

Our fans suck at making statements, good ones at least.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Selling 12.5k season tickets isn't making a "good" statement?

I expect a nice crowd.

Selling 12.5k season tickets is the easy part.
Filling those seats with actual asses on a nightly basis is an entirely different story.

The number is quite a bit higher...you'll find out friday night.

They've been pushing Friday night really hard on campus. I'm expecting it packed out.

If they're going to make a statement, the locals will have to do it. Do they even know what time they're going to open the doors now? Last I saw it said between 10:30 and 11:00. Based on past events I can see people coming at 10:30 and standing outside for 30 minutes. Seriously, how do you advertise an event like this and say the doors will open between a certain time? You set one time and you have the doors open at that time. Why is this always so hard for our AD to figure out?

As was asked elsewhere, who is Chico?

Is he Huggy's 12684 (or whatever the number was)?

Is he the team physician?

Is he Lance Harris?

Is he Tim Weiser?

can't be 14***, or which.  both of those posters had distinctive styles.  and neither seemed to retain an in after the regime change.
