tour the world, meet the locals, take in the culture, language, nightlife, brew, liquor, beaches, write about it, journal,  get paid by The Travel Channel and make money on your books.........and repeat.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

    The very best.
for "geog 100" class we basically just watched the entire archive of that show. it was awesome.

he's pretty good.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

mentioned this before but my wife's brother used to run the fanciest of fancy places in portland. now manages a fancy dancy wine club for a winery in oregon. anyway, he's met/been around the guy a few times and said he was an ass.

i love the show though. love how it seems like all tony likes to drink and eat spicy foods.

Bourdain does come across as a little pompous sometimes but I think his personality is great for a TV show and at least on his show he is being respectful and much better diplomat for America than alot of tourists I've heard about.  He's a good writer and is able to bring some of these world cultures to life very effectively.
