At its meeting in Phoenix earlier this week, the NCAA men’s and women’s basketball rules committee approved this proposal: If a player is fouled (without the foul being flagrant or intentional) and unable to attempt the free throws, the opposing coach will choose the player to attempt the free throws from the four remaining players on the court.

All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
I think they need to do like the NBA... if the player is unable to shoot the free throws then he can't come back in at any point in the game.

"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

What is to prevent sub'ing in 4 guys who shoot 'em great, or at least sub'ing in for your worst shooter?  Granted, in the case of KSU at the free throw line its a wash and wouldn't matter if we could choose on our own.
