I wouldn't even vacation there right now.  For some reason, I find it hard to relax with the threat of a kidnapping and beheading looming in my future.  Didn't the US recently put out some sort of travel advisory, recommending that we not travel to Mexico?

The advisory I was referring to was released several weeks ago and was in regards to drug related violence.  Add the economy  and the swine flu thing to Mexico's list of woes and I see their largest industry taking one hell of a hit.
