Its about money.  K-State gets a nice payday going to the Rose Bowl.  UCLA fans DO NOT TRAVEL, ANYWHERE!  The particularly will not travel to Manhattan.  UCLA is looking to pay  off K-State and get a better payday.  Bill will be more than willing to let this happen.

we don't need ucla fans to travel to manhattan, the stadium would be filled regardless.  Why not ucla at home?  Bill should stick to his guns and play the game in manhattan, reward the fans with a noncon game worth watching at least once per season-it would be a winnable game. Does anyone know how much $ big 12 teams make per game for being televised?

Yeah but he's got a nice record against the almighty skippy. Also we played another team from California and did alright actually we beat cal and USC I don't see us backing out of both games but, one perhaps.

So, it's not surprising that Brian Dohn of the Los Angeles Daily News reports on his blog that the Bruins are considering other scheduling opportunities on the date of the second game of the KSU series on Sept. 4, 2010. The first game between the two schools will be played at the Rose Bowl on Sept. 19.

meanwhile, our SID has said nothing about removing UCLA.

You're so right.  No way would Snyder schedule a Pac-10 team.  And if he did, we would definitely lose both games.  Especially if they had a Heisman candidate at QB.     Dumb ass.
