enjoy it while it lasts...>!!!

Tied for first at 8-6. Bannister looked strong tonight.

Could be better than the 2003 team. We'll see.

If they stay in it all year, it'll be amazing to see how much Royals gear will be seen around town.  Just makes guys like me who never quit wearing it mad.  They're probably the same people that started wearing texas gear about three years ago.

i'd rather be accused of being on a bandwagon than everyone knowing that I fully support a terrible baseball team.

but, yeah, the bandwagon hat wearers stick out like a sore thumb. Their bright shiny new ball caps gleaming like they just came from Hatworld. More often than not they just signed on. Not all of them but most.

My cap is pretty worn. I have won from 2002 that is still hanging in there but its pretty beat up.

The only reason I don't like Cardinals fans is because they still cry about the Denkinger call, even though it took another loss to the mighty Royals to put them out of their misery...... But they hate the Cubs so that helps.

Zach attack is trumping that at the moment. Kid is on fire.

Pretty hard to mismanage a kid that keeps putting up zeroes.  And .500 will keep you in the central race, so I think the Royals will at least be in the mix this year.  (Coming from a Twins fan.)

Its not even May. I still have my doubts....but as long as they aren't in the cellar it'll be worth going to the park more often.
