Someone told me we can bring coolers in? If this is true can these coolers contain alcoholic beverages?

Also, do people like....tailgate for baseball games and drink in the parking lot? I really want to get sauced and go today.

there were some elite people tailgating for the wsu game but not a whole lot of people in the lot. you can not buy beer at the game (obvious except to my wsu friend who was  :frown: ). dunno about current ability to bring in coolers w/ beer but they let you do this a few years ago. somehow doubt that they still do but dunno.

Not sure exactly how WSU is allowed to not only sell beer at their games, but you can also bring in coolers of beer to the outfield seating areas.  Pretty sweet deal.

Naw, the baseball field is right next to their football field,   their basketball stadium, their softball field, and their golf course.  If it's off campus, than so is half of their campus.  And I know other state's schools sell beer, but I was led to believe it was some sort of Kansas law deal, that's why the bowling alley in the union always confused me.   :dunno:

they didn't sell beer in the union until around '95. don't think there is any kinda kansas law governing this. dunno though. liquor laws are like weird n stuff.

True, liquor laws are confusing.  Someone told me once that it was illegal to sell alcohol on state property, but the basement of the union was actually private property, owned by the alumni or something like that.

you can't buy cold beer at liquor stores in oklahoma. only in convenience stores and grocery stores and it's only 3.2 which limits the different kinds you get to choose from. not a whole lotta 3.2 beers out there.

You live close enough that you can prolly just run home and kill one between innings.

Update:

Cat town only lasts until the game starts

Also, we tailgated in the football parking lot. You can pretty much do whatever you want. There are no cops or anything so your underage friends don't have to worry about getting nailed for drinking.

Bathroom situation is bad. We started tailgating like 2 hours before the game so the doors weren't open. We had girls popping squats in the parking lot and even I peed on a car
