Ben you can get all angered up all day but it won't matter . . . but outside of a couple of sad little post game meltdowns (you know when we told you that would happen) you've been over here telling us all about how Mangino has built ku into a power, and telling us how Mangino was going to bury Snyder this year by 4 or 5 TD's.  

Dude . . . just deal with the reality of Karma here for awhile, it's all good.

Mangino has improved the football program, but he lost the respect of his players.  Players told Lew they would transfer if Mangino returned.  Whether you guys want to admit it or not, there's some pretty good talent within the ku football program right now.  A coach like Sumlin would have ku right back in contention for the North next season.  

LOL yeah Ben . . . we "defended" Ron Prince until about his 15th game at K-State, then unlike you who has done nothing but hang from Mangino's nut sack until 2 months ago, we clowned him repeatedly.  

Bullsh*t, 'Pad.  I've been critical of Mangino many, many times.  Go to phog.net and ask them what I think of Mangino.  The guy's a mediocre football coach.

I'm guessing that a very small amount of research would unearth many off your posts that directly contradict this statement.  I'll give it to you though, when you jump off a bandwagon/meltdown, you go all in.

I'll always support the ku football program.  As far as Mangino goes, I wanted to believe.  I really did.  The '07 season almost had me convinced, but I could never buy into Mangino 100%.  There's only so many shovel passes a man can tolerate in his life.

Why in the world would a guy like Sumlin want to go to uk, knowing full well the roster is full of TPs and FCs?  Also, uk only has one thing going for it that Houston doesn't, membership in a major conference.  Seems like if Sumlin was to leave Houston, it would be for a very green pasture, not to coach at a school where the fanbase doesn't give a crap about the football program.

I haven't posted on phog.net regularly since 2005 when it was pretty much common knowledge that phog is a ku homer board with absolutely no objectivity....Its like gopowercat for the high and mighty.
