Heading to VEGAS on sunday with some bro's for spring break. It will be my first time in VEGAS since I've been 21.

Anyone have any good ideas for what I can do with my time when I'm not blowing all the money I earned working at my $7.50 job?

More specifically anyone know any good VEGAS scams that will net me lots of $$$$(must be able to learn and master in 4 days)? TIA

P.S. I'm staying at Tropicana :dunno:

I think my grandpa killed somebody once, but he never liked to talk about Kent State.

Fine choice of hotel.  Tropicana is far from nice but you won't spend time in your room anyways.  I think they might even have a pool that is actually really nice.  Anyway, the best advice I can give you is to hang out outside the Thunder from Down Under theater in the excaliber at about midnight, I believe it is.  Then just wait for the sexed up cougars to come prowling once its over

Downtown is the cheap part of town.  The table limits are lower and meals are affordable.  You won't be wowed by the architecture and so on like you will on the strip, but there is a lot of fun stuff to do.

if you do not visit O'Sheas you will regret it.  they have a 20 hour happy hour (2 am to 10 pm) featuring $1 beers and the other 4 hours (10 pm to 2 am) beers are $2.

when i went for spring break, 2006, we stayed at a timeshare south of the strip right next to the newly built South Point Casino (pretty kool place that isn't all crowded like the casinos on the strip).  that place also has the best breakfast deal where you can get steak, eggs, and hashbrowns for under $5.  if it's nice out there is a kool bar between Harrah's and Imperial Palace that is like a big ole' circus tent structure.

will you be there during the first round of games of the NCAAs?  good money to be made on some upsets.

I'm hoping to watch the first round of the tournament at the Wynn casino. Why the Wynn casino you may ask?

Thats right the General will be there shooting a show with some Billy Packer douche. I'm hoping to share some whiskeys with Robert at the bar then flip over a couple of black jack tables with him later in the night...

I think my grandpa killed somebody once, but he never liked to talk about Kent State.

heading out there again in mid-June.  Prices/vacation deals are insane cheap right now.  2 people x 4 days in hotel + flight for about 600.

Re: best sports book.  MGM Grand is the best one, but it fills up pretty quickly during big events.  Bally's is also nice.

I hung out in Planet Hollywood's sport book for a while.  It is a pretty sweet setup but it wasn't very busy either.  Just horse/dog racing that day.

I'm going to go to Prairie Band Casino sometime next week.

Sorry, but I already looted that place a couple of days ago.  Hit the bad beat jackpot in the poker room and basically doubled my annual income.

Well, I got on the Omaha table at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and played all day until finally at about 9:00 that night I flopped quad 10's, and the girl next to me picked up quad sixes on the turn.  (another player actually had a straight flush draw on the river, but it didn't come for them)  Anyway, the total jackpot was $86,276 and the payouts go as follows:

40% to the loser of the hand
25% to the winner of the hand
25% room share
10% table share

So now my only question is what to do with all the cash?

The bank put a 5-day hold on the check because it was so large, so I have a few days to think about it at least.

No stacks of fat cash, no STDS, no pictures of Robert Montgomery Knight.

But I did see Samantha Bradford in the Planet Hollywood lobby, apparently he spent most nights posting up in the clubs showing his golden arm off to the ladies(Eyewitness reports from some girls I knew that were in Vegas, they saw him two different nights)

I played craps with the dad of one of his buddies, the dad claimed samantha was a good guy......But you know how dem Okies lie

The EMAW was in full force up and down the strip, spotted 4-5 groups of EMAWers and exchanged friendly greetings with them. Even ate lunch next to some fellow staters at a food court.
