Found this interesting…Being based where I am, I’m fascinated by the explosion in talent in the high school ranks in Wichita.

Perry Ellis, whose Heights team in playing in Emporia today in the state tournament, will be someone we’ll be following for the next three years. Yes, Kansas State wants him, and yes, the Wildcats will be a player.

Not quite sure where K-State stands with Blake Bell, the Bishop Carroll quarterback. My Eagle colleague, Joanna Chadwick, reported today that Bell is a pretty big deal.

And we’ll all be waiting on Bryce Brown’s decision Monday. Just a FYI, but Chris Harper returns home from Oregon next week for spring break.

It's interesting because he is going to be in town when Brown announces his choice. This is where he will announce he is going to be transferring to K-State. Or the more realistic he will be here when Brown announces he will be going to Oregon to join Harper.

Saw Richman at the Sprint Center for the KSU-SoMiss basketball game, just walking around the concourse at halftime. Almost couldn't believe my eyes that he would attend a KSU sporting event on his own as he seemed to hate covering the cats during his time at the star

Don't think so, it is finals week in Oregon. Don't think he went to classes all quarter to ditch finals. His spring break is next week not this week. Whomever started this rumor didn't do basic research.

It does for Oregon. They have a screwed up schedule thing. And no I am not in middle school, I am about 15 years past that.
