What dictates "pre game"
Our players always dunk, must be allowed before refs come out (speaking of a tech, not that article)

I mocked it all of the time. I did bend the rim in one of the back courts though (you know the ones where kids play soccer sometimes).
Some guy said I couldn't dunk it anymore, and I just laughed, shoved him to the ground, and proceeded to throw down a thunda-jam on his gf (if you know what I mean!)
