Fly into DIA tommorow and have 38 minutes between scheduled landing (United Concourse B) and connection scheduled departure (Frontier Concourse A)  :ohno:  So, DIA experts....mad sprint to concourse A  :runaway: or leisurely stroll showing confidence in making connection :gocho:

    The very best.
you deserve what you get for giving yourself "38" minutes.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

What time do you get in? You should be ok, but who knows. Are you checking bags?

if i must answer, leisurely stroll. Sprinting is incredibly disrespectful to the airport.

Yeah, checking all but a laptop bag so minimal carry on stuff to deal with.  Arrive in Denver at 7:01AM.

So, you're swithching carriers?  Is the Frontier flight an originating flight?  My opinion is I think you're going to be OK.  I'm probably more worried about your checked luggage.

I would probabaly go with the brisk "I'm a pretty big deal" walk.  Make sure you're on a cell phone while walking briskly.

Good advice.  Yes, switching carriers from United to Fronteir.  Omaha/Denver/Vegas.  Good idea about the big deal walk.

If you've got bluetooth headset I suggest the before mentioned brisk walk, while speaking "big shot loud" . . . say stuff like "Damn it I said move the 52 million to the Caymens account, and dump 44 million in Euros in the Swiss account . . . and liquidate all of our Dubai holdings ASAP!!"

Find the receptionist or whatever she is that meets people leaving a flight and inform her that you have a tight one and she'll (probably should include a he'll here too) call ahead to let them know you are taking a casual stroll their direction.

They would show me walking by pretending to text message but really videotaping Doc with my cell phone.

if I remember correctly (and i do), DIA has great horizontal elevators which will come in handy when addressing your little travel planning faux pas.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I onetime raced Mrs. dave on these in the Detroit (iirc) airport.  She got to use the moving walkway and I didn't.  Was pretty fun.

Your bags have a slim chance.  Any connection remotely close in Denver usually  means no bags.  That said, once my flight numbers on my bags thru Denver to Vegas were wrong when I left and some how were corrected and made it on time to Vegas, with 2 connections.  Truly an impressive display of baggage handling.

Yeah, this is my new concern.  Maybe if I do the "hold my connection" ploy and lollygag it I can buy enough time for my bags to get there :dunno:

Uh, neither. DIA has those trains between the concourses with the cool music, Hick's voice, and the whirlygigs on the tunnel walls. Plus your connecting flight won't be on time anyways, so I'd plan a ski trip.
"Unless you're a ku fan you don't want to watch a game at the fieldhouse. You'll never see more home cooking in your life. The last game I watched there Larry got the boot and I didn't blame him a bit. Only ball game I've ever walked out on in my life, besides, the facility is a piece of ****."

Do you just step of the flight into the tram or is there some sort of foot based transportation between them and the gate :dunno:

Walk/run/skip/hop/jump or whatever it is that you do from your arrival gate to the train. Get on the train. Listen to the instructions. Follow those instructions. Don't block the doors. The train will then deposit you in councourse A. You get off there. Then do the sd skip to the departure gate.

Or, better yet, ask some little kid to explain the process to you when you get there.
