Edit: I got the image in, but he doesn't shrug.  Do I have to save it as some sort of animated file or something?

We all know there's been a conspiracy. Only the failures have been recorded.

Another question along similar lines....is there a way to import additional emoticons into Microsoft Communicator?  We use that at work alot and a few of the emoticons to choose from there are the same as some I've seen on here.  The lame ones like  :nerd: and , etc, but obviously none of the cool ones like  :flush:

If I could start messaging people at work and stick a  :flush: I think that would really improve productivity

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
