We hate KSU even more than Colorado now, and love to talk about how much we hate KSU, as we really can't figure out you folks and your baseless crap-talking.  Of course, Ron Prince and the Freeman Saga only added more vinegar to the mix.

Living in Los Angeles, I only get a fraction of the local Nebraska media, but even then, our special disdain for Kansas State is apparent.

In the hate lottery, you guys truly take the cake.  Missouri is a close second.  We (or maybe just me) have a hard time hating CU because Hawkins is a swell guy, but their crapheel fans always remind us every other year.

Whoa, we do not agree to be your rival.  But living in LA I'm sure you hear a lot of "crap-talking" on K-State by USC fans.  Must suck to be third wheel to one of the most heated college football rivalries in the country.

Nonsense.  Good programs that strive to either achieve or regain greatness never measure themselves by their inferiors.

Our measuring stick is ourselves, and our own tradition.  Indeed, we strive to be what we once were, which was the most dominant program in the land.  Don't know if we'll ever get back to where we once were, as that may be impossible to replicate (3 NC's in four years, and a shot at winning a few more all in the same decade), but we'll always work to be better than we are now.

Nebraska needs to start winning 9 games a year with regularity, which is attainable.  Once we get back to that level, we'll again eye assembling an occasional national championship caliber team, players/QB willing.
