Was in New Orleans for a week, before Katrina (there for a conference, so I was being paid!!). It wasn't Mardi Gras, though. Was there for the end of October, beginning of November. Remember to hit the Bourban steet bars early, before they discontinue 3-fers. Also, don't become alarmed if a very attractive waitress grabs you by the back of your head and shoves your face between her ta-ta's. Jello shots. Have fun.
