You can't be racist and like basketball.
If we don't get Freeman, we still have AE, and possibly Lopina.

All QB's would have truly received a fair shake, and the best QB likely would have won.

No matter who he would have played, it would be tougher for people to really get pissed at him for starting any of our QB's.

All of our QB's would have at least practiced against D1 players.

We wouldn't have to suffer through a season of a true freshman adjusting to D1 speed.

We don't have an offense that is likely catered to a true freshman's strengths - it is catered to our team strengths.

When you add it all up, I think we're more likely to go bowling this year if Freeman hadn't shown up.

Excellent analysis and sobering thoughts.

I say Webb/Lopina/Evridge under Snyder all MUCH better than what we have now.

Prince seems as allergic to adaptation as anyone I've ever seen.  Someone on here said it earlier, but would it really be a terrible idea to throw in some crazy options or QB draws or something to take the heat off?

for now, we'd be better off without him

we'll likely be better off in the future, although who knows, the team might lose faith in prince because of this whole mess

We wouldn't be better off without him, but if we could have had a choice it would have been better to get a top 5 recruit that played any position other than quarterback.

Yes.  I'd like to think out of  Lopina and Evridge, one QB would be able to throw the ball to the receiver without it skipping twice on the ground.

No, talent is the only hope we have.

No quarterback on our roster in 2005 had talent. (Webb maybe)
