I think what he's trying to say is that KSU outcoached them because the Cats came in prepared to play, then the Cats put some major defense on them, then, despite the Cats having a tough day offensively, they still had the mental toughness to be able to make the big shots to win in the Aggies house while they wined away like their coach.  Basically just saying KSU was only the better team because they were coached better, played better, and were tougher.  We can accept that analysis.
