So... we were to list coaches with worse "bench behavior" (whatever the &@#% that means) how would it go?

From best behavior to big fat babies:

1.    Frank (0 techs speaks for itself, team is clutch and calm at the end of games, reflecting the demeanor of the coach)
2.    Capel
3.    Barnes
4.    Ford
5.    Bzzz
6.    Doc
7.    Anderson
8.    McNeck
9.    Drew
10.  Turgeon
11.  Knight
12.  Self

4-8 is fuzzy, anymore input?

That is pretty good, but I would put Turd at #11.

i would rate mcdermott higher.  i've been thinking about this a lot, and if i had a son, who was from iowa and was pretty ambivalent about winning, i'd want mcbeavertailneck to coach him.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

If I had a son from Iowa I would smother him in his sleep.
