They try to run but they shouldn't. At this point they are best served to slowly bring it up the court and pound it to their bigs instead of trying to run with teams (us/mizzou). Also said he didn't like the fact that their shooting guard was 5'9". Abrams should be a point guard in Jeff's opinion.
Don't really agree.
The thing is neither Johnson or James are really good on the low block. Pittman is great down there, but he's only good for 20-25 minutes a game. Makes it hard for them to be a grinding team.
Abrams' biggest problem is that Atchley has regressed so much shooting the ball. Makes it pretty easy to focus on him, regardless of whether he's at the point or at the 2.
The thing they do have is a bunch of really good athletes. The fact is that they dominated us when they went to the full court pressure. They should do that more (like whenever Pittman isn't in the game), not less.
