maybe pay someone to take it for you

I'd ask Limestone if i were you. He lives in kc, is really good at things like this, and is probably pretty questionable on the ethical side.

i'm telling you.  just go into the test and do all of your answers in spanish.  they can't read spanish so they'll have to have you self-grade it.  easy A.

'take a bunch of aderol pre-test.'

By take, do you mean crush and snort?

I hear it has a more intense (positive) effect that way.

Point of parliamentary procedure....

Is this test for the chicks that got pregnant in HS and had to drop out, but who still need to pass this test to get a managerial job at McDonald's, or is this the one for the extra degree in some bullcrap liberal arts discipline after the successful completion of their undergraduate education.  TIA.

Haha It's for graduate school.  Good point though, should have clarified!

Here's a tip dude.....don't bother with ANY graduate degree in a liberal arts (non-hard science) major unless you get into a tier-1 (e.g. Ivy League) school.  Waste of money.  Better to just knock off a couple liquor stores and go back pack around europe for awhile.  You'll come back with about the same job opportunities and have less debt and great stories.

first thing you want to do is get an email address.  electricity is a great way to communicate with potential graduate schools because you will impress them by being ahead of the technology curve.

report back to this thread for step two, only after step one is complete.

My MS was a waste of time and money, it really hasn't paid off for me professtionally. That said it is what brought me to KS, bought me some time before having to join the work force, and I really had a great time doing it, BTW was in a Science Major...
As for ideas, good luck, its like the SAT you can't really study for it.  I didn't study at all for mine, no idea what I got, granted that was almost 9 years ago.

9 years ago?  did they make you take the test using a stone tablet and a chisel?

there's no way you went out and got an email address so quickly.  step one was a test- lying and cheating isn't a great way to impress your potential graduate professors.  life lesson brau   :beerchug:

Wait, not exactly sure what an emale address is?  For some reason I thought it was similar to one of those ships that you build inside of a glass bottle. I have 11 of those.  My mistake.  What's a brau?

Surprisingly it was on a computer and my score was given to me immediately.  I think that was the first year they did that.  :cyclist: (w/o a beard)

Yeah it was like that when i took it about eight years ago. surprising fact #1 about the GRE is that it is a self adjusting test (or at least it was). the more questions you get correct in a row, the harder the questions start to get. if you miss a bunch then they start to get easy.

They probably got that idea from NBA Jam with the no-blowouts thing.

d00d, get a union job.  You move up the payscale, & increase job oppys, with more education.

Pretty awesome imo.

Yeah, but most unions handle layoffs based purely on seniority.  Wichitans could vouch for this.
