Is your life so sad that KSU football isn't enough?

Wow!  Thanks for the link.  Great to see Mitch getting some love.  He was the main reason I became a KSU Fan in the first place.  One of the most underrated NBA players of all time.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Few schools have an alumnus that scored over 20,000 points in the NBA.

Yet squawk fans cling to the notion that Manning was a 16 time MVP.
"Unless you're a ku fan you don't want to watch a game at the fieldhouse. You'll never see more home cooking in your life. The last game I watched there Larry got the boot and I didn't blame him a bit. Only ball game I've ever walked out on in my life, besides, the facility is a piece of ****."

Anyone know where to get a Richmond KSU throwback jersey?

Always wished I would've gotten his jersey from the Olympics.

This is not about comparing their numbers at this point.  It really doesn't matter unless you are a K-State fan.

This is about the fact that probably 1 out of every 20 elite HS basketball players could tell you who Mitch Richmond was.  But probably 20 out of 20 know who Michael Beasley is.

At this point bragging about Mitch Richmond is exactly as relevant as bragging about Bob Boozer.

I didn't bring it up to brag about him.  I brought it up because:

A. Any discussion of the greatest single game performance by a Wildcat needs to be compared to what he did against OU in Norman his Sr. year.

and

B. He will be in the 'gon on Feb. 28 to have his jersey retired and probably 1 in 20 current KSU students could tell you who Mitch Richmond was.
