True, but my old roommate was a pitcher for ku baseball and I'm sure he'd be down for the drive to Manhattan.  Also, I've got a couple friends that go to K-State, believe it or not.  I'll be at the ku/K-State game in Lawrence for sure, though.  Might even wear a nametag with "BMWJhawk" on it just in case.

I really think Hill or who ever made that decision was trying to save his ERA. 

That bunt &@#%ing KILLED ME.  We were hitting their pitcher, why the &@#% would you try a risky bunt.  Same crap as the aTm series.   Its like the team wants to win but the coaches are too retarded to let them.

The K-State- Kansas series has always been 2-1.   Last year it was two at Kansas State and one at Kansas.   Some years they have a forth game that doesn't count toward the standings.

The K-State- Kansas series has always been 2-1.   Last year it was two at Kansas State and one at Kansas.   Some years they have a forth game that doesn't count toward the standings.

Some schools have a format like that for a rivalry series so each fanbase can see at least one game at home. For example Texas State has one home game and two away games against U. Texas - San Antonio this year. Other examples include UT/A&M, UGA/GT, Nebraska/Creighton, and OU/OSU have kind of a cool setup where they alternate between Tulsa (1 game this year) and OKC (2 games). Not everyone does this though, and I'm pretty sure it only happens when the two schools are in-state and are relatively close to each other. That's why you don't see any 2-1 series between Kansas/MU, UT/OU, UGA/UF, etc.

Also, Kansas/Missouri does have a 4th game in Kansas City this year that I believe doesn't count towards the standings as cheapseats pointed out.
