and that's not even the worst thing Frank has done tonight.  As he placed that metallic purple pocket square folded like a wildcat claw any decision moving forward wouldn't be his worst.

that's def. the reason we are 0-4 in conference play.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
Shooting killed us... if we hit some shots early and guard the 3 better we win this game... once again just doesn't happen.

I haven't looked at phog.net, but I'm guessing this is the summary of the game thread.

He does the same with martin.

Eventually he'll be like Dax is now.

One could say that Dax is currently ahead of his time.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

we will blindly support every coach, until his teams start imploding, at which we will then call for their jobs.  its just easier that way.

Dax is so pissed he is a KSU fan. If he were a ku fan he would be having sooo much more fun. His semi-elitist attitude combined with his blind devotion to his team, he would be a pretty good ku fan.

Call him.

He has call ID, and is ignoring us.  You call, see if he picks up, if he does then he was totally lying to us.

I love his empty faced, out of ideas look he is giving 80% of the game now.  He has lost some pep.

Well, to be fair, he did try to defend the pick and roll about 3 different ways in the first half, and then tried about 3 different zones in the second half.  Maybe he should have called more timeouts to "yell"?

:dunno:

For the resident squawks . . . I don't derive my self esteem from a basketball team like you guys do.

Now . . . on the team, completely lost out there . . . utterly, absolutely lost.  But hey, Frank did try multiple defenses, and Baylor was still wide open out at the 3 all night.

You shouldn't refer to us as 'squawks'.

Its so hurtful.

Drive inside, dish out to the perimeter.

nothing fancy really. #24 was just unconscious draining it.

The dude was laughing and talking crap as he backpeddled up the court.

On one of his early treys that swished in Pullens face he called him a "bitch." I gotta admit I chuckled....then got pissed again.

Like I said . . . Frank's multiple defenses just couldn't figure out that little screen for the guy with the hot hand . . . or the simple rotation and run threw sets that Baylor was running . . . what the f do you expect our guys to do with a drive and dish??

dunn was really good.  really liked acy too, would have been a great get last year.

ksu was getting just as many wide open looks as bu, btw.  they just aren't as noticeable when you miss.

That's true, but Baylor has never been known for great defense . . . I had been led to believe that Frank was some sort of Defensive savant however . . . but hey, he did run multiple defenses, and hey, they all sucked.

Now that's how you get out a f***ing blood stain.
hard to defend anything when you can't stop dribble penetration.  no matter what defense you used.  jerrel was outstanding tonight breaking down any defense that came his way.  i thought the most effective defense was the 3/4 court press.

i know people are going to jump on this, but honestly i didn't think ksu's defense was that bad.

was solid to start the game (but rebounding was horrible).  had a few breakdowns right before half and a few more through the first part of the 2nd.  not perfect, but bu's an outstanding offensive team.

defense was better than against ku or nu.  maybe about comparable to the ou game.

Just got back from the game, and I have to agree.  I would have liked to see more fouls by us in the first half.  We did have trouble with screens, but this was mostly due to poor effort than scheme.

Oh well, another learning game for young people I suppose.

can't say the defense was good but the rebounding was poor.  they are one and the same imo.  part of getting a stop is making sure they don't get 2nd & 3rd chances.

Our rebounding is above average.

Man I wish we could hit the bunnies though.

But, but Frank kept changing defenses.

Guard LaceDarius Dunn

On his shooting for the night...

“I was really surprised. They kept the same defense. I have to give a lot of credit to our guards. They found the open spots and it was my responsibility to knock down the shots.”

24     Dunn, LaceDarius     -     11-14     9-12    2-2     1-4     5     3     33     0     3     1     1     32
