point being, games like this happen all the time. hell, we didn't get drubbed in lawrence like aTm is, and they have an assload more experience and talent than us. their roster is in place, ours isn't (yet)

I have zero issues w/frank's x's and o's. I've seen bad basketball teams for 13 years, and it's never been better to be a ksu bball fan. that's why i get defensive to the frank haters.

what is worse:  frank's "coaching" or frank missing out on Little and instead getting Awaji? 

my answer is missing out on Little.  it's incredibly hard to quantify frank's "coaching".  last year against ku, there's no way in hell Huggs even goes to a 3-2 zone, but Frank did, and, IMO that was a good "coaching" move.  Jack Hartman was a good "coach" until he no longer had 4 of the 8 players whose jerseys are retired at the OOD. 

Are there better "coaches" than Frank.  Hell yes.  But, I'd guess I just prefer melting down over losing out on good/elite recruits than turnovers, with this team.  Next year?  Sure.  This year?  No.

This isn't that hard . . . but sadly the Martinites are so hyperdefensive right now, they're completely incapable of discussing it.

I've discussed a couple things I don't like:

Pace too slow.
Team not trying hard.
Merriewether playing to much.
