Didn't realize they'd moved beyond the 1950's.

Lots of rock music.  I'm sure their fans are pleased.

Would like to see the pace quicker.  Good plan to feed the post as long as JamSam remembers if he's dribbled or not.

No idea why we are tentative.  Too many stretches like this get you beat on the road.

really? we have bad basketball players out there. bad basketball players are tentative.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

The pace of this game is clearly in NU's favor.  Our guys are not handling it well.  NU's pressure is designed as much to take up time as anything and we are not attacking it at all.

Let's see.  10 sec call.  5 sec call.  3 sec call.  Dribble down the mid of the floor and think you can stop and make a play off the dribble.  What other middle school mistakes can we make.  Much better pace the last few minutes, but we blow the chance at a 7 or so point lead with stupidity.

Well, at least we are playing good enough defense to negage our poor offensive play.  If we can win this kind of muddied up basketball game I'll be impressed.  I like that Frank is throwing some change ups on defense.  I've seen enough basketball to know these types of games happen, its if you can find a way to win it.

This is what happens to bad teams in Lincoln.  What a trainwreck in the last couple minutes.  Unexcusable.

The North is aweful.  NU beats MU at home.  ISU beats NU at home.  MU beats ISU at home.  NU on the way to beating us.  It will come down to which Nortard can manage a road win to get to 6 or 7 league wins.  Maybe.  Aweful basketball.

"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Way to finish the half.

I'm close to becoming anti-Frank with all the fracking turnovers and playing worthless Merriewether.

I think teams are watching game film on us from the oklahoma game and realizing that our guards are not smart... just pressure them and they'll mess up.

And the initial move to the 3-2 was a great move.  The 4th or 5th time they got a wide open 3 in the corner its already too late to change.  Not changing defenes sooner was a big mistake and helped fuel the run IMO.
