Morrell didn't accept the OL job. It sounds like Utah's OL coach now. He has had stops @ Washington, Arizona, & Utah. :eyeseeyou:

Looks like FITZ has assigned Oldefella to manage spin control on this one.

Good stuff.

Folks, I've got as much seniority as a fan as many and I don't understand the negativity toward Del Miller. Okay, he's not a 'dynamite recruiter' and, yeah, he's taken a few knocks, but the man's coaching resume is pretty darn good.

Del is no great recruter but will bring the offense back to the top of the division. Snyder's best offenses always had Del.

asking this staff to recruit will be like asking an eskimo to go fishing off the coast of Florida.

Thank Jesus for Vic Koenning.

Eery similarities to when Ron Prince landed Josh Freeman and then I thought he'd sign an amazing recruiting class.

Based on the number of commits this staff pulls in per Rivals every year, we can expect about 6-8 scholarship signees, and we'll just grant the rest of the scholarships to hard working Kansas kids like Ian Campbell and Jordy Nelson, and let this staff of all-stars coach 'em up.

Man, I'm psyched.  (sniff) I smell DOD baby.   :powertard:

I would recruit that while stopping to read Wired Magazine on the toilet at a Kwik Trip near Clemson and I'm not even in coaching.

There are few places where I can get a decent French Dip with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.

I value that kind of flexibility in the establishments that I frequent.
