uApparantly I need to pdate my flash player.  I've tried uploading to adobe flash 10.  Unfotunately every time I try it tells me that it says I have to close firefox.  Thing is I already have it closed and the essage still comes up.

What gives?

Also, Firefox sometimes doesn't actually close when you tell it to (at least I've experienced the bug a few times). Press Ctrl+Alt+Del get to the task manager, click on the processes tab, look for "firefox.exe", if you find it click it and select "end process", then try again.
