acting? thats debatable. crapty movie? probably not. you do realize its one of the first movies of its kind right(sort of an overstatement)? sure burton did batman and ed knifehands, but they always had a sense humor to them and his batman was great, but not really word for word, page for page off the comic book. proyas visual effects and pan shots were not cartoonish looking, they were kept dirty and grity, creepy, dark, are weird like eraserhead. if this movie doesnt happen you wouldnt get frank miller movies, which mean you wouldnt get your homoerotic 300, which im sure your a &@#%ing huge fan of
