You can't be racist and like basketball.
In my search for "WTF is THAT!?!?" potential head coaches, I came across Old Dominion Head Coach Blaine Taylor:

His record @ODU:

2001-02     Old Dominion     13-16     .448
2002-03    Old Dominion    12-15    .444
2003-04    Old Dominion    17-12    .586
2004-05    Old Dominion    28-6    .824

He is currently sitting at 18-8 (11-5) and 4th place in the TOUGH Colonial Athletic Association.  Before going to ODU, he was head coach at Stanford under Mike Montgomery.  He was also succeeded Stew Morril as head coach at Montana, where he went 141-66 in seven seasons before resigning to join Montgomery.  I like him because he has experience as an assistant at a top notch program in a unique situation, and has shown that he can coach and recruit anywhere in the country.  Also, according to basketball expert "Gregg Doyel", Montgomery's coaching tree is one of the best.

Taylor's definitely one of the best of the no names, and he has a sweet 'stache.
