He's probably basing it on the fact that we always play like crap in Boulder.

Nubs are &@#%ing troy state up right now. I think we do have a shot at the north though.. if we still improve on offense every game. we should be able to hang with anybody in the north easily. if our offense could score in the redzone the score would have been a lot different..

I said 8-4 at the start of the season. I had us at 3-1 at this point and, what do you know, we're 3-1 so I must be spot on. I've got us at 5-1 but don't remember what I said for the second half of the season. Obviously I had us 3-3 down the stretch. Just don't remember which games I had where.

I think this is accurate, although I think OSU is better than people think and ISU/MU/CU/ku/NU are much, MUCH closer in terms of talent than most think.  If Meier doesn't improve or doesn't come back for ku I think we can win.  CU/ISU/MU/NU all are dependent on our O.  I don't think our Offense could be much worse right now.  We need to learn how to at least finish drives that our ST/D start for the O.  No one has asked them to be super man and drive 90 yards.  Just keep it up with the steady 5-12 yard pass patterns and then find a way TO SCORE TD IN THE RZ!!

    The very best.
We're not losing to Nebraska.

How are we going to score on them?

Could care less about that game now, we have a 50% chance to start 2-0 in big 12 play.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Their defense is really not that good.

7-5 or 8-4 and we pick up a win agaisnt either CU or NU. Mu win not out of the question if that happens. 13 years is a lot of psyche to get over.

We're not losing to Nebraska.

Not only are you losing to Nebraska but ku as well.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Not only are you losing to Nebraska but ku as well.

2 of your 3 wins were squeaked out, also you cannot win on the road. KSU is improving every game, ku is extremely inconsistent. Our offense will be improved enough to beat the sh1t out of you come the end of the season. ku will get &@#%ed up in conference play.

I think the ku "fans" should run back over to the phog and continue to tell each other that Louisville isn't that good and proof of that is what USF did to them LAST year.

Nevermind that they just handed Miami one of their worst losses in a long time and currently field the #1 offense in the country.

ku is awful.

I'd have them as the worst team in the big 12.

@Baylor -W/L   COULD GO EITHER WAY, SHOULD WIN
OSU - L     DECENT TEAM
Nebraska - L   LOSE!!!
@Missouri - L   LOSE
Iowa State - L  LOSE
@Colorado - W/L   ALWAYS STRUGGLE @ COLORADO
Texas - L    LOSE
@Kansas - W/L    GOOD SHOT TO WIN

Lets face it our offense is horrid! and our D looks good verses some mediocre teams,I know we looked ok against Luiseville but lets face it they are a banged up team with second srtingers at key posiistions, QB & RB. We haven't even been on the road yet. We have alot of tough games to play, OSU will be a good barometer to were we are.

I believe KSU should be able to play with everyone except Texas. So far I think KSU has done about as well as a new program could be expected to do.I think we do well enough to land more good players to go with what we already have. I think we have a pretty good shot at a bowl. NOT BCS, but a bowl.   :dancin: :loly: :ksu:

I'll stick with 4-8.  As well as the defense played yesterday, the offense still hasn't shown me yet that they'll be able to score on Big XII defenses consistently enough to win in conference play.  I said before the season started that Baylor was going to be a critical game for this team and tell us a lot, and I'm sticking with that.  If they win next week at Baylor, then I'll revise my prediction to 7-5.

if  we do go 4-8 the remaining 4 home games will be hell to watch
