Sooooo..... I'm assuming that we are moving forward and someone is working out the details of this new board as I'm typing. I know that I've personally received fifty to sixty PMs telling me what a great idea this is. So a quick thank you to all the hardworkin' mods for all their hardwork and quick response to this very important issue.  This new board will no doubt become THE PREMIERE GATORCAT HANGOUT in the world!!!

There was a very hearty and energizing discussion on the admin board where everyone had presented their thoughts regarding your request to have a board for our sister school.   The discussion, while lively and exciting all came to a head when this question was posed..

"Why the hell should we give a crap about what Rick Darius thinks?"

Your proposal was rejected due to a technicality.  You have no standing.   When you become more relevant on the board, you might be able to make suggestions for the board that would be given consideration.

Alright GATORCAT fans...It looks as if our collective screams and desire for our own board has fallen on deaf ears. Can't say I'm surprised about this one but I would be lying if I said I didn't feel let down and somewhat personally responsible for this latest failure.  There is some talk about starting up our own board and migrating over there but this might take a few weeks and quite honestly may never happen. For now we'll just keep plugging away like we always have. Double T was unfortunately spot on when he recently said...

"I do think it shows that either they love us or they hate us," Tebow said. "That's Gator(cat) Nation, and I love that about us."

Not involved w/ that site btw. Cautiously optimistic that it is a ksu/uf combo sisterschool board but don't want to get my hopes up just to have them crushed (again). Haven't heard back from Webmaster yet. Will post any new info when I get it.
