Unfortunately my mom breeds show dogs. . .(GMAFB) and when I lived at home I had nightmares about this thing. It's a training device. For example, if you are teaching the dog to sit, you tell them to sit, when they do it, you push the button and it clicks, then you give the dog a treat. Eventually the dog will understand that when it clicks, it is doing what you want it to, and it knows when it clicks, it gets a treat. Just something for training dogs. Very annoying. Works kind of like a metal cap on like a bottle of snapple, you know you push in the middle and it makes the little clicky sound. Only this is louder.
