Our staff is proving to be pretty good in the non-recruiting aspects of coaching.

After seeing how our bigs are developing, it really makes me wonder what they could have done with Jason Bennett had he stayed.   :dunno:

Loved seeing the set play out of a timeout that got Samuels an alleyoop.

Loved the cliche "coaching to the end" when Frank was still yelling at the walk-ons as the game was over.

Love that we seem to be getting better with each game.

Most importantly, I'm sensing that intangible quality that winning coaches instill in their teams.  The "swagger" or whatever you want to call it.  They believe they are good and it's not just lip service.

Two wins in Vegas, and this is the best November of basketball in ...  I don't even know  ...  15 years?

I still this think this team has a tough road to make NCAAs, but I'm extremely confident that we'll be in the postseason for the third straight year.  I also firmly believe that this will be the worst season in the Frank Marting era...which won't be so bad.

I agree with everything but the Bennett question.  The guy is actually retarded.  "I'm homesick, so I'm transferring to the University of Detroit."  Real intelligent.  Plus he's had two places to be a huge fish in a tiny pond and he wasn't even good in JUCO.  Our bigs are developing because they are choosing to buy into the coaching rather than cry.  I'd rather have Abdul.

I still want my cooler, bitches!

"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Player devolpment is huge and the coaching staff is doing a great job with players we have. Just another thing we can take to recruits. Should create a film, "The Evolution" starring Luis Colon and Darren Kent

Quote from: Jacob Pullen regarding a return to Vegas
We'll hopefully get another trophy.  We want to get trophies in every tournament we play this year.
