Believe me.  It's not the coaching.

Vermeil was a great coach. 

We have lacked TALENT.    Jared Allen =Talent.  Then traded = no pass rush = zero wins.

Herm can draft, but he can't coach.  Vermeil could coach, but he couldn't draft.

Let Herm have another year, then the Chiefs will be loaded with good young players.  Then can him and get a coach.

Did you guys not here that he is 1-20 in his last 21 games? The guy can't coach.

Herm wasn't even that successful in NY, terrible hire from the get go for the chiefs...

But everyone knew that was going to happen. :shy:
