He says that Bob Krause was on the GP bandwagon and he expects that Bob Krause will be fired as AD within a couple years to be replaced by Zinger.

If true, I wholeheartedly applaud Kaptain Krause for trying to force the Patterson issue with a fake leak!  (Still wouldn't mind seeing him fired since he lacks any connections in the athletic arena.)

He didn't say that the GP stuff was 'fake', but that all contact from KSU to GP (if it happened) would have been by boosters and/or Krause on their own w/o Wefalds stamp of approval or even knowledge.

Krause did not leak the information regarding Patterson.  Absolutely moronic.

You think the guy would try to sabotage his own contract negotiations by giving permission to some hack journalist to run a story that would put his number one candidate in legal hot water with the school he is currently employed by?

Then he would compound the issue by publicly repremanding this same hack journalist by stripping him off his radio broadcasting privledges due to the the fall out?

This theory that Krause was responsible for the leak is about the most idiotic assumptions I have heard in this whole cluster.

The more I read into this it seems pretty simple.  Krause wanted Gary Patterson and Wefald wanted Snyder.
