I hope hope hope hope hope this works, but was this all just a way to keep donor $$$?

Is KSU not interested in winning, just keeping the money rolling in?

Because let's be honest, the seats will be full next year no matter how bad the record.

Did KSU make a move just to placate the masses?  It seems to me to be the driving force pushing firing Ron midseason rather than waiting.

Q: If it wasn't GP or BS who would have the masses gotten behind?

A: no freaking one

The donors pulled their support from Ron after we got slapped by a s h i t Nebraska team last year....getting drilled by a s h i t ku team this year was the final straw.

Hiring Bill will bring back the money but only wins will bring back season ticket sales imho.

Money rolling in and winning have a symbiotic relationship.  One can't exist without the other.

Yeah, if we fired Ron Prince early to get a guy that lives 5 mins from the complex then this raises a lot of questions.  If this was the plan of the athletic department then I am done offering money to this university.   :banghead:

When I was a kid growing up in the projects, I used to dream of going into space, of escaping the slums, of killing an Ewok!

It was absolutely not the plan, where have you been the last 2+ weeks.

They have contact w/ him all the time, it's not like none of them have talked in years.  GMAFB.
The deal to bring this program back got fitzed so they go back to the only thing positive from the program what they fail to remember is how it ended.

They'll never do that, it has been embarrassing enough already.  No need to rehash old events.

Embarrassing is the only word for this situation.

Agreed, hopefully the staff can recruit, that will be the saving grace.

Well, if not this will set us back more than the 3 years that Prince did.
