I haven't listened to the entire thing, but something sounds off about the way Snyder's talking.  Doesn't sound the same...

And I'm pretty pissed at our athletic department, the search was a fraud & they wanted Snyder back all along.  I love Bill Snyder, but we can't go outside of the Vanier Complex to gauge any interest or offer any jobs?  Ridiculous.  But I hope this works out.

Sounds like it. He doesn't sound the same because he's not the same. He took these 3 years to get back to what's important in his life and to learn how to balance that and now he knows how so that in this stint as coach he won't make the same mistakes again.
