I like what he says when he talks about how he needs to fix what has been broken (while still praising Coach Prince at the same time). Flat out called his decision to retire a mistake.

I get the feeling that he's the Head Coach by title but don't kid yourself.....He's going to surround himself with a staff that can take care of the bulk of the heavy lifting. Don't kid yourself.....He'll have the final say though.
