    Gettin' angried up!!!
Also.

My intensity of man love for Jamar Samuels right now easily equals my intensity of hatred for Tim Fitzgerald.

Those free thows last night were freaking clutch.  When he hit the technicals and then the white tiger followed it up with a three, that was the dagger in the second half.

Guy's got a good shooting stroke.  He's only going to get better.

QFT. If Samuals can put on some good weight, this kid will be good for years to come.  :cyclist:

Put on weight?  Are we talking about basketball, or football?

Dude is a bean pole and he plays 4. on top of that. he isnt Durant. There fore, it will be an issue when he is up against a legit big man who can toss himself around. Hence, put on weight. Keep up bra.

bra. he's the same height and only ten pounds lighter than Julian Wright. bra.  hence, there fore, himself.  he's not Kevin Garnett. bra.  Jim Rome is awesome. bra.

The point is, Jamar doesn't play with his back to the rim.  If he was a power forward type of player (which he isn't) he would need to get bigger.  But he isn't, so he doesn't.  Unless he plans on getting involved in some pro wrestling, I think he'll be ok.  bra.  Remember, just because uk won a national championship doesn't mean you're suddenly not a dumbass anymore.

J Wright was in another league than Samuals. JW also needed to(and did) put on a GOOD weight as well. I was saying if Samuals can get bigger, he will be better down low. He doesnt have the long range game to be a true wing (by the way sys, who is KSU looking at for this spot?). So dont be a moron and think you have the depth to have a 6-8 guy who kant shoot the three out there. MorAn.  :jerkoff:

Um, Jamar is a back-up.  So are you saying we need to go three deep with players of his caliber?  And Julian Wright is, right now, only ten pounds heavier than Jamar.  BTW, what was JW's three point percentage at ku?  Moron.

Frack you are dumb. I am arguing for Jamal being a good low post player in the 4! Hence he should put on some good Muscle weight. Good teams (like last years ku team) have four guys to rotate in down low. Since KSU doesnt have that (yet) and Samuels doesnt have an outside three pointer that is consisten, why the hell would he play the three?

If youre going to be a bball skewl, know youre sh*t out JT before you spout off.  :skillz:

Ok, so if you don't shoot well from three, you have to play the 4 or 5.  Got it.  I'm just glad these uk fans are here to share their infinite basketball knowledge with us lowly wannabe basketball fans.

Insecure little butt douche.

I commented on Samuels having good potential and that putting on weight would make him better. In youre sh*t stained eyes, i have invaded KSUfans.com in order to subvert you to the truth that is kuism. wow. Again, JT, your Douchery is amazing.

Moving on.

Sys, is there a a true Wing on the team (shooter with real size)? Solomon Hill is great to be mentioned with along with T Boyd, but I dont see KSU getting either. Until Sutton gets his jumpshot down (even then, he doesnt have have that 6-5 thru 6-7 size) hes just a great defender on the court and an offensive liability.

you mean the 2009-2010 team?  mcgruder is supposed to be able to shoot a bit.  other limitations aside, awaji can shoot.  and russell has great size.

don't think either hill or boyd (def. not boyd) would be an upgrade over any of those guys as shooters.

Im going on GPC figures so, definietly could be wrong, but hes listed as 6-4 195. Hell Clemente is only listed at 5-11 150 when he arrived on campus at the U.

I havnt really read up on Russell but he looks promising. Hes listed as a pg but really? At 6-4? And with Clemente/Pullen, PG is kinda crowded. Contrarily, with McGruder and Awaji there (and big Fred too) SG is stacked too. Counting Sutton, and it doesnt seem that KSU hasnt had a true wing player since Bill Walker, who didnt even play the three. How do you see that lineup stacking up?

Um, that was four games ago.

Here's what our SID site has for Sutton:
23       Sutton, Dominique       F      6-5      210      So.      Durham, N.C. (The Patterson (N.C.) School)

If those arnt an exagerration then KSU will have the 3 spot locked up for a while as long as Sutton kan nail down some 3's at a pretty good rate. Thats important to have someone like him (size wise) to match up and be able to shoot over other bigger gaurds. When he goes to the bench, KSU will have an undersized lineup in at g's but there are advantages and disadvantages to it as well.

See JT, talking Bball doesnt have to involve douchbaggery.

Henriquez at the 4 or 5 will be a real nice match-up problem for teams to have to think about.  Supposedly he plays nice D, and I would really like to see another 4 guarding him around the arc.
