Wefald "We're gonna get them all"
Talked to Jon Wefald after the game today....I don't think many K-Stater's realize the impact he has on our athletic program.  I am not a reporter so none of these are direct quotes...but did my best....

ksu01: Game looked good
JW: yeah.....
ksu01: Is the basketball team going to scrimmage today?
JW: they already did
ksu01: are they going to scrimmage next week?
JW: that could be difficult with the game so early.....it was early today...the scrimmages also can't be organized...against NCAA rules
ksu01: could it be after the game?
JW: hmm.....
ksu01: Is there going to be some big recruits in next weekend?
JW: Yeah I'M bringing in five
ksu01: Is Mayo or Walker coming...
JW: No, but we are working on getting Walker this year......we will get Mayo late....."We're gonna get them all"....

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
