The program is in better shape now than when Former Head Coach was here. Current Head Coach has brought in better talent than Former Head Coach. Does the in-game coaching need to improve? Absolutely. But at least we have a fighting chance talent wise when we step onto the field. The same could not be said when Former Head Coach was here. He tried to win with D-IAA caliber talent.
