1.  Krause
2.  Prince
3.  Asbury (but I'll give the Weeper credit, they tried like hell to get Tubby Smith, damn near had him)
4.  Altman (when Eddie Sutton was begging for the job)

Milt Richards:

Was he here directly after Steve Miller?  I also always thought Max Urick sucked, fwiw.

when your assistant coach is ranked higher than your head coach, it should tell you something.

1. KRAUSE

correct

2. Prince
3. Asbury
4. Martin

Frank wasn't a search hire. He was a "i don't have any choice" hire so this doesn't count one bit.

Actually to think about it...

who has Wefald EVER brought in as his "name guy" off of a hiring search? If someone says Snyder I suggest you go over to..

www.gopowercat.com

Huggins? Umm, he called us. His agent looked over current D-1a schools looking to hire and knew we were looking for a replacement for Wooldridge.

Frank Martin? Wefald had no chance to frack this up because it was either hire him.......or lose Martin, Hill, Beasley, Walker Greenawalt, etc. I mean, what was ol' weefer going to do? Show them the door and start over with his own search in conjunction with Weiser. LOL. No chance.

Wefald has NEVER been capable of finding someone off the grid....but he was always there for the credit after said coach became somewhat successful.

Brad Hill retard...follow the only sport we're actually good at. Dalonte would have been Huggins choice, not Wefald.

Might want to play a few seasons before you decide that bringing back the greatest coach in school history was so crappy :powertard:

From what I've heard, there wouldn't even BE a baseball team if it weren't for Mike Clark.
